While majoring in law at the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University Adriena Petrová gained first work experience as a legal assistant in an international Slovak-Austrian law office and also spent some time as a trainee at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic. After successfully obtaining a law degree she worked as a junior lawyer in a prominent world-renowned company in the field of legal advice, tax advice, and audit and accounting services with headquarters in Germany. She is fluent in Slovak, German and English. In addition to commercial law and company law she specialises in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, legal advice regarding real estate, intellectual property law and labour law. In 2017 Adriena took part in a 3-months long educational European Lawyers Programme organised by the Scottish Bar Association (Faculty od Advocates) and European Lawyers’ Association in Edinburgh. Afterwards she became the board member and the national representative of the European Lawyers’ Association for the Slovak and Czech Republic.
Diana Oravcová obtained her law degree at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies, she took part in an Erasmus exchange in Germany at the Regensburg University (Faculty of Law). After gaining experience as a legal assistant in a prominent world-renowned company focussing on legal advice, tax advice, audit and accounting services with headquarters in Germany, and after successfully completing her studies she started work in that very company first as a junior lawyer and later as attorney at law. She is fluent in Slovak and German. In addition to commercial law and company law she specialises in legal advice regarding real estate, disputes in the field of civil and commercial law, bankruptcies, restructuring and recovery of debts in court and execution proceedings, contractual law and preparation of legal analyses.
Juraj Köllner graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. After having obtained the degree in 2000, he worked for an international legal protection insurance company. He entered advocacy as a junior lawyer in the office of JUDr. Rastislav Posluch. Since 2007, he has been providing legal services as an independent attorney, since 2018 as the managing director of Köllner Legal Office, Ltd. Additionally, he has been active in the field of non-profit organizations, including as chairman of the supervisory board of an educational institution, or as human rights advocate in cooperation with the Slovak Humanitarian Council. From 2014 to 2021, he worked closely with a global company providing legal and tax consulting, auditing, and accounting services, headquartered in Germany. Since 2021, he also functions as a member of committees for the selection of judges of the general courts of the Slovak Republic. He is fluent in Slovak and English, understands German and Russian. In addition to commercial law and company law, he has broad expertise in legal advice, legal analyses, and contractual agenda, as well as in litigation and other court proceedings.
